Sleeveless Corset Satin Gown

This dress fits beautifully and is completely true to size if you go off of dessy dress fit guide. I’m a 29”, 36” bust and the dress fit perfectly- I’ll just likely have to get it hemmed. The color and fit is gorgeous and the the boning helps give my bust support and lift I want without a bra (I’m a 32DD so this is huge for me). Some of the silk twill can end up looking cheap but this is truly a beautiful princess like dress :) 5’6, 135lbs, hourglasss.

I read the reviews to size up. The dress was too big. It is a beautiful dress. Please be aware that they attach a ribbon to the dress as to control returns (probably so you don't wear it and return it) DO NOT REMOVE THE RIBBON. We removed it not reading the warning and can not return for a smaller size. Our fault, but this warning could be added to formal wear purchases on the email or even the invoice. Seems like Nordstrom could make acceptions for dated proof, and let returns happen same day. At least put an additional warning since these are formals.

I bought this for a black tie wedding in February, and it was so stunning! It’s very comfortable and well-made (fabric is lush, everything is lined, no worries about the nips or undies peeking through). It’s a size bigger than what I usually wear, since it was the smallest size available — it only needed the straps shortened/hemming. I’m so glad I took a chance on it. Oh, and the best part? THERE ARE POCKETS!
