5 for comfort, 0 for getting the order right

Ordered these in a 9M. They are shipped directly from the manufacturer, not from Nordstrom. First try they sent me a 9W. I contacted Nordstrom who had them send me the correct size right away. Unfortunately, while they sent the correct size, they sent the wrong shoe. Different style altogether. Super comfy but they have a definite old lady orthopedic shoe vibe. I wanted them for a trip, but I have run out of time and I officially give up. They're going back.
