Super cute, size up
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering this top. I am usually a size 4, bust 34C, 5'6" 140lbs, but this was sooooooo small in the bust. I could not even button it. The body part fit fine, but I had to return it. I am going to order it in a size 8 and see if that fits better because this top is smoking cute.

Very Flattering, But Runs SMALL
Ok, as stated by others, these run very SMALL. I am normally XS or S (2 or 4), and I had to size up to a 6 which fits nicely with one exception. Even with the larger size the fit in the shoulders is snug, I can live with it but if you are reaching overhead all day at work, I'd steer clear. Aside from the weird sizing, this is a very flattering blouse, very tailored fit and I get compliments everytime I wear it. For reference, I am 5'2" and 115lbs with 34DD.

Way too small
I usually wear a size small/medium in tops and dresses. I ordered a size 6 just to be on the safe side, but it's absolutely ridiculous how small this top runs. I'm not even busty, but it's like trying to wear a child's shirt.

This top is super cute but runs small. I’m usually a size 6. Ordered an 8 it fit snug but wanted it a little looser so ordered the 10. The style is very unique , love the cinch tie and the detailing of the blouse. The material is a little thin . Gave it 4 stars because of the price. Overall love the top !
