Want to look like a Busted Can of Biscuits?
I love this Dress. The feel of it, the stretch of the fabric, the cut of the dress… it’s all perfect.
However the sizing is WAY off.
Order your regular dress size only if you want to look like a busted can of biscuits!!
I read the reviews & listened to others and I ordered a size up.
I’m usually a 6-8, so I ordered a size 10.
Didn’t Help!
The buttons gap badly that I look like I’ve been melted and poured into this dress!
The arm openings are very small but the fabric does have some give still overlook that.
I love it, but the tightest of all Spanx shapers wouldn’t help me look good in this dress!!
I’ll return it and If it becomes available in a larger size I may try to reorder. Maybe…

Runs COMICALLY small, but still not
It's true--the dress runs at least a full size too small on top. Probably two sizes too small. I'm an 8 off the rack, sometimes 10 because I'm 'busty' (38E-30-38). So I ordered a 10 and 12. 12 fit well up top, but at size 12, only the top 2 buttons open which isn't ideal. Plus the skirt flared too wide, and the waist seam hit too low--which rarely happens on a busty gal. It's usually the opposite problem.
The 10 fit amazing in the shoulders and skirt, but like the "busted can of biscuits" reviewer, the buttons gapped so bad on me, it's a joke. I do love the dress, however, and it's beyond flattering. It's actually sexy, in a fully covered up way. So I'm going to keep the 10 and have my local seamstress sew hook-and-eye closures in between the buttons on the placket, so I can keep myself contained.
Yes, it's THAT nice of a dress. Normally, I'd just send it back, but with the button-gaps troubleshot, it's just a slammin' dress.
If you have a narrow waist/ribs and a petite bust, you can probably get away with going one size bigger with no alterations. But those of us with shoulders and b**bs are gonna struggle.

3rd times the charm

weird button spacing
I wanted to like this so much but the button spacing is so bad. Even if the dress fits, there will be gaping because at the natural waist there is no button.
Also, definitely order up.

Beautiful dress, but poor fit and quality. I’m a 34B and I sized up one size and there was major gaping happening in the buttons at the bust. One button also popped off when I tried on for the first time. The dress has some stretch to it, not as rigid as I expected.

Love Love!
This dress is beautiful!! Unfortunately I’m like the other customer I normally wear size 8 buttons were separating so I thought OK I will purchase the 10 well purchased a 10 the same outcome. I really really like this Jean dress I desperate to wait for a size 12, but unfortunately with Nordstrom new policy you can only have the garment for I think 30 days or maybe less so I’m going to return it the size 10.
