They sent me a blazer someone else wore
I like the blazer and it fits well. However, when it arrived it reeked of cologne and was missing the astronaut pin that's supposed to be included. I contacted support and they said I can exchange it, but that's too much of a hassle for me. Why would they send merchandise that was clearly worn by someone else? I expect more from Nordstrom.
