Delia Long Sleeve Midi Cocktail Dress

Feels, looks, and smells really plasticky and cheap. Stuff like a Halloween costume and even smells like plastic. Makes plastic crinkling noises when you move. The waist fits me perfectly but the bust is strange. It’s like the vertical length of the bust is way too short and the width is super wide. I would have to take the bust in a little so that it doesn’t gape, but even then I’d be falling out of it because there’s such a small shelf for the bust. Like it seems like it wouldn’t fit someone with a larger bust either… The white inside lining shows on the ruffles and that looks bad. Why not make the lining the same color as the fabric? I did size up one from my usual size and it fit perfectly aside from the too-short bust. Going to send it back.

I got this dress on sale and I'm so glad I did. I love the pattern and the cut on the dress, it really gives you a waist and it has a sexy neckline. The sleeves are kinda annoying because they do seem to slide around a little, but its a small price to pay. The dress is feminine and true to color. I feel like im in Poldark or something, its a romantic dress. I got a size medium and a large. The large was slightly too big and the medium feels small, but the thing about House of CB dresses are that you NEED the dress to be tight in order to get that curvy look. A second pair of hands is always good to help with the zipper, but the neat thing about this dress compared to the others is that it has clasps in the front that actually unlatch, so you can get this on by yourself. So happy I got this dress, my husband will be too.

Not true to size. Very small. Had to try on three dresses before I found the right one. I am usually a size four and haven’t had issues anywhere else. All sizes of this dress that I purchased had hard zippers that would get stuck between the skirt and bodice. Low quality for such a high price.

This dress had a great look and feel but sadly the boob area gaped open so much (a cup) that I would have had to have the whole top remade to fit me. I’ve never seen such a weird bust area. Ever.

The blue looks much brighter in the online images. In person it’s dull
