Odd fabric, very small fit and short
I have a few Veronica Beard baseball style tees with puff shoulders. I normally wear a Medium in her tops, but I had to size up to an XL in this and it was still tight across the bust (but the armholes were much too large.) The fabric is ribbed, which I thought would add a flattering structure to the top. But, the fabric was really weird feeling. Stiff and scratchy without a lot of give. I returned this, so maybe it would have gotten softer after a wash, but I wasn't going to take a chance. It was also very, very short. I measured and it was only 21 inches long from the center of the neck to the bottom hem. Not at all what I was expecting.
