Just no.....
I am always trying new eyebrow pencils to get that WOW factor that I will purchase again. This is not one.
First of all it the texture is that of a crayon, it goes on super thick (super light strokes), chunks are left on your eyebrows, and yes it breaks a lot.
The only thing I like is the brush is removable and it has sponge tip to help blend.
Spend an extra $10 or $20 and get a better eyebrow pencil.
