To print a Purolator return label and packing slip, please follow the instructions in the link below: https://www.naturalizer.ca/en/help/returns-and-exchanges Re-package your order, place the completed return form inside the box, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package. We recommend dropping your package at a staffed Purolator location to avoid delays. Upon receipt of your return, a flat rate return shipping fee of $8.00 per order will be deducted from your refund total. Please allow 2-3 weeks from arrival to our warehouse for your return to be processed. Our warehouse is unable to process exchanges. If you prefer a different size, color, or style, simply place a new order on our web site. Keep in mind, Final Sale items are not returnable.
