Why a zipper??? Horrible design

Although the top portion has stretch material, the bottom portion below peplum does not. The zipper is ridiculous. So hard to zip up. Also makes the waist look horrible and puffs out. Redesign this with just the stretch material and this top would work. Returning.

Cute - runs small
