The retinol is very beginner friendly, and I haven't had any drying from it. But I do think it is helping my acne prone skin and clearing it up. The texture is also smooth and sinks into the skin nicely. The SPF serum is also great, And while it is a little watery on first application, it also sinks into the skin nicely and is easily rubbed in without a white cast. It also doesn't leave that weird film feeling

The better screen UV serum as a broad spectrum SPF sunscreen with collagen peptides that help protect your skin as as well as reduce uneven skin tone and fine lines. It has non-comedogenic sunscreen ingredients, which is great for oily skin. The retinol skin renewing serum that is for nighttime is also a great product to help with fine lines and improve firmness while helping your skin to heal and repair. It is the perfect combination and you do not need anything additional in terms of moisturizers for your skin care routine! They’re both fragrance free for those with sensitive skin that reacts to additional ingredients.

The daytime serum with SPF feel super lightweight and doesn’t leave that heavy sunscreen feeling which I love it. Blends quickly and works great. Make up the nighttime retinol serum is also really nice. It’s gentle, but still effective after using it for a while. My skin started looking smoother and a little brighter overall no dryness or irritation for me, which is always a win with retinol. overall it’s a great combo if you want a simple day at night routine that actually does something for your skin. I love Kiehl's, they always deliver good quality. This duo is no exception. The sunscreen is very lightweight, the perfect consistency, not sticky, doesn't leave a white cast, gets absorbed right away and it comes with collagen peptides. It has a very light sunscreen scent, not overpowering at all. The retinol is perfect, comes in a glass bottle with a pump and it's the right companion for the sunscreen. My skin feels brighter and plumper, with time my fine lines and wrinkles will improve. I can't wait to see the benefits!
