Sculpted Cable Band Ring in Sterling Silver

Nordstrom sales people make promises regarding finding inventory at other stores and how quickly it will be received by the customer. They just make up answers. They have no idea what they’re talking about and there is no accountability when items do not show up as promised.

Rosa is super nice & helpful. She’s so patience & gently. I’m so happy with my ring & with customer service.

All my other rings are size 9 but maybe because of the width of the ring it didn't fit over my knuckle! It's stunning though, it's a classic cable statement ring, I bought it to wear on my first two fingers but nope. I could have had it sized ($) but sadly returned instead. If you have long skinny fingers highly recommend it!!

Purchased this ring and received it quickly. It’s beautiful but because it’s a such a wide band, I sent it back in effort to exchange for a half size bigger. I want to wear it on my ring finger which is a true size 6.25. I purchased a size 7 thinking it would be big enough but it just fits so I need a 7.25-7.5. I’m tracking the package I sent back for exchange and Nordstrom received it several days ago but they are still taking a lot of time to process the return/exchange. Amazing how they can process purchases so quickly but returns/exchanges - not so much. So, buyer beware. Perhaps consider another another retailer if you prefer a more timely smooth transaction, regardless of what type of transaction. There are many retailers that are handling returns and exchanges better.
