Roman XL Cross Amulet in 18K Yellow Gold

This is an absolutely stunning cross amulet. I was searching left and right for a cross as a gift for my fiancé. This was the perfect piece as it had just as much simplicity in the design that I was looking for, but the added bevels and slight flaring out at the ends add just enough edge to it to make it stand out. A very classic lifetime piece and far from plain. Just a heads up, this is an 18K amulet. I highly recommend purchasing the accompanying David Yurman 18K 2.7 mm box chain as well. Photo 1 is the DY Cross with the DY Chain. As you can see in the photos, this is more of a matte finish and not-as-yellow shade of gold. If you purchase a 14K or 18K chain from another vendor, which I’ve attempted, the shade/color is too different and clashes with the amulet. Photo 2 is the DY cross with a 14K gold chain from a jeweler. The difference may not be as noticeable in these photos, but trust and believe you can tell. Just save up and go for the gold (pun intended) and get the DY 18K gold chain as well if this is intended to be worn for a lifetime. Also, don’t get a chain smaller than 2.5 mm. It is a substantial amulet and would look better and be better supported with an appropriately sized box chain.
