Men's Cable Cuff Bracelet in Sterling Silver with Semiprecious Stone, 6mm

Very happy with the cuff - it is handsome and makes a statement but is not flashy to the point where I would not wear it daily. I had been looking for a men's David Yurman cuff for some time, but others were always too "designed" for my taste. However, the black onyx on each end, and the subtle braid, are what sold me on this one. I ordered online and it came right to my door, on time. Great purchase!

I purchased two of these and they tarnish. I have to clean them constantly and they are kept in the David Yurman Jewelry box. I finally sent them back to Nordstrom and that has been a nightmare. They usually refund my stuff quickly. However, with this being such an pricey purchase - I am now worried about my package being lost or stolen at the return warehouse. I have received different information from different employees. I have gotten 10-14 days - 30 days - and most recently, not sure why you have not been refunded as we have received your item. The option to click return on the order is now an option again?? I am so confused. I will no longer be doing business with Nordstrom and will be cancelling my card as soon as possible. To sell me bad quality items is one thing, to mess around with refunding my money is another.
