Maritime Compass Pendant

I suppose to get delivered the order to a store on July 20 ( birthday present) i checked twice to the store as advised by customer care , ladies in the store were looking for item but couldn’t find it Customer service told me to wait until the end of the day and ill get refunded, than i get a new email about my item is delayed from 20 to 25 of July and i informed the customer service about delay requesting my refund the way they promised but they denied my request until 25 of July when they will process my refund after the item will arrive to the store!
