Haloxyl is a unique combination of peptides that improves circulation and helps repair the underlying causes of dark circles by ridding the skin of blood pigments. Ineffective

After reading some positive reviews here, I thought I would try this product out. Plus, the product description sounds pretty good. In reality, this product was not delivering at all, at least in my experience. I tried this plus the Timeless Matrixyl Serum. Absolutely useless.
