Darcy Convertible Leather Crossbody Bag

I should have read the description and maybe checked to see if this was adjustable, because it's not. I'm 5'2" and the bag itself was all the way below my butt in crossbody mode. Had it been adjustable I would have kept it, no complaints about the bag itself, it was actually perfect. Returning.

I hate to give Nordstrom’s a 4 star. It is not because of them, it arrived timely, the process was seamless and as always, a great experience. But the 4 star is because the product was defective. The clips on the purse straps were sewn on the wrong direction, so I cannot have a mid size strap. Instead, I can only have a long strap or a hand strap. So I compromise by linking both straps together, but the clips grab my hair and it’s very uncomfortable. I don’t live close enough to a Nordstrom's to return and explain it so I’m just gonna live with it. The bag is absolutely beautiful, and it has that yummy leather smell. The interior is perfection for a simple person. I love the side pocket that fits my phone perfectly, and the coin purse. All perfect. Just a mis-manufactured strap.

If you are looking for a travel purse that's compact but somehow still holds all the essentials you need for traveling, this is the purse. I have searched high and low and this is your guy. If you are looking for something spacious, this is not the purse for you. But as a traveler, I need at least one of these in my wardrobe at all times.

I wanted to love this bag but like a couple of other reviewers, mine came defective. It says you can use it in three different ways but the longer strap did not have a clasp on both ends to allow you to use it in the shoulder mode. You can only do a long cross-body (combine both straps) or a short wristlet (use just the short strap, which has clasps on both ends). Seems like it would have been great but at this price, I am returning due to it being defective.
