Disappointment

How do I begin. I was so looking forward to receiving this necklace. I am fully aware that jewelry is overly magnified online, but this one was a total disappointment. It arrived in a small velvet pouch. When I took it out the diamonds were so small I needed to look thru my magnifying glass to see them, plus the chain is not the one shown here online. It is a delicate chain, and it also had knots in it. Unfortunately, this should have been packaged differently considering the price. I will be returning it.
