Damashiro EMPEROR^® Shi 7-Piece Knife Block

I know the material isn’t super high quality, but I think these will last you a long time. I haven’t tried to sharpen them. The stand that the set comes in looks nice on a counter top and the design of the knives is also cool.

I have been using these for a little while now and I love it they are extremely sharp and also goes well with my kitchen with its sleek modern look. The knives sit perfectly in your hand and give you so much control. The sharpness of each blade make you feel like you are cutting through butter no matter what it is you are cutting. The beauty and design of these knives make the knives look like art pieces and a perfect addition to leave out on your counters.

It’s now my favorite thing in my kitchen and I insist on doing all the prep. These are razor sharp and cutting through things like tomatoes is like butter, onions, cucumbers like cake, and tough produce like pumpkin or pineapple so easy. I’ve had way less close calls cutting with these knives than any other knife I’ve used (and I semi-regularly sharpened my knives, which were somewhat decent) because they’re so accurate and go exactly where you intend them to. The design themselves is beautiful and the handle is a gorgeous dark wood that’s comfortable to hold. The holder it comes in is sleek and shows them off. I 100% would recommend these knives if you’re a fanatic, a chef, or simply a home cook who wants to have a killer knife set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: -Very well packed and set is gorgeous. -Extremely sharp. -Beautiful hammering on the blades keep food from sticking. -Strong magnet in the bamboo block keeps the sharp knives from moving unless intend to move them. Cons: -the small santoku arrived with a small burr towards the center of the blade but we were able to remove it through sharpening.

I love how I can use these knives for all sorts of dishes. Super easy to maintain and easy to handle. These are knives are made to make life easier in the kitchen.
