Versitile and sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is amazing. It’s sharp and cuts through with ease. I absolutely love that the handle is one solid piece with the blade, as opposed to many knives I’ve had to toss out for coming unattached from the handle. I will definitely be replacing the knives we have with this brand.

Lightweight, well balanced, sleek, one-piece stainless steel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 8” chef’s knife is sharp, comfortable to use, lightweight and very well balanced. I love the sleek, one-piece, stainless steel as compared to knives that have wood or composite handles with rivets - this requires less maintenance and makes it more durable as well as less likely to harbor bacteria. I have a similar stainless steel knife; however, it is heavier and does not feel as balanced. It cut through butternut and acorn squash with no problem at all. The blade allows for a nice rocking motion when mincing, chopping and dicing.

Sharp and durable with excellent feel

Great knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a heavy duty knife that makes it easy to cut. I usually have a hard time cutting paneer, but this made it smooth to cut like butter. It was sharp and easy to hold. Very ergonomic and I see why investing in a good knife is important. Great product and will definitely try others.

Balanced and Sharp

Sharp & Precise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chef’s knife has changed the cooking game for me when it comes to preparing meals for my family. It makes prepping veggies, herbs and meats seamless and quick. I can literally get the job done in a fraction of the time. It’s razor sharp out of the box (so be careful), with clean, precise edges. The sturdy design is ergonomic and only takes the weight of the knife to make perfect cuts. It’s one of the most valuable tools in my kitchen. It puts all my other knives to shame!! I’m not a chef- just a mom of 3 who wants to prepare quality meals for my family without having to spend a ton of time with preparation. I can’t say enough good things about the Cuisine Pro Damashiro Chef Knife.
