The backing came off

Unbelievable. I removed the earring from the package to try it on, as soon as it arrived, the backing fell off. Disappointing.

Too! big

They were very! Big which I prior to purchase looked at the pic of the model and they appear small. I just gave them away to a friend. Very! Disappointed.

Broken

On the day of our daughter’s wedding I opened the box and took the backing off of an earring and it snapped off. Thankfully I had a different pair of earrings I could wear. How utterly disappointing. The earrings matched the flowers in our daughter’s bouquet.
