Love but

Love the pan right size and weight but had scrapes on top that we had to file down so we wouldn’t get cut or snag on dish towels shouldn’t have to do that on any pan but especially one that cost almost 300$

Strainer & splatter guard

I haven’t used this pan yet but definitely prefer its shorter handles. Strainer is adaptable to deeper pot.

Should last a lifetime.

Perfect size for family cooking

This pan is a perfect size for cooking for a family of 4. The flat bottom means it can hold more than a saucepan, and I can still reduce a sauce just fine. The pan holds the temperature well, and the flame can be lower than with other pans. Wish I had another.
