D3 6-Quart Sauté Pan With Lid

I’ve been extremely impressed with the D3 Stainless 3-ply Bonded Cookware 5-Quart Sauté Pan. From the first use, it was clear that the build quality is exceptional. The 3-ply construction heats quickly and evenly, eliminating hot spots and making it easy to get consistent results whether I’m searing, sautéing, or simmering sauces. The 5-quart size is perfect for family meals and one-pan dishes. It’s roomy enough for braising, shallow frying, or reducing sauces without splatter, and the straight sides keep food and liquids right where they belong. The stainless steel surface gives beautiful browning and deglazes effortlessly, which is a huge plus for flavor. I also appreciate how comfortable and secure the handle feels, even when the pan is full. It’s oven-safe, easy to clean, and still looks brand new after repeated use. Overall, this sauté pan feels like a professional-grade tool that delivers reliable, excellent results every time. A fantastic investment for anyone serious about cooking.

Received this as a gift and it's absolutely terrible on induction stoves -- recently renovated our kitchen and put in a Wolf induction cooktop which works great except for this pan. Unfortunately, this 6 quart pan doesn't cook evenly at all. I love to make a lot of cutlets, so in theory this pan would be great because of it's sheer size. It fits on top of my larger burner perfectly, not undersized at all, but it cooks the chicken so UNEVENLY. It will brown the innermost pieces (especially if there's a piece directly in the center of the pan) but all food that resides furthest from the center barely gets browned -- so frustrating for a product that isn't cheap! All sizzle here, no steak as they say! SO DISAPPOINTED
