Cybex cloud G Pro
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Cybex Cloud G Pro infant car seat in the color Stone Grey as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
This is my first Cybex car seat, and when I opened the box, I was immediately impressed. The Stone Grey color is modern and sleek, and the seat itself has a very premium feel—soft, cushioned fabrics, and a sturdy, well-built frame. The canopy is large and provides great coverage, and the overall design looks both stylish and practical. It’s also nice that it is GREENGUARD Gold certified for lower chemical emissions. Which i try to always look for!
Some pros that I came across for this infant car seat are:
• This car seat has more safety features than the other car seats I own. One standout is the load leg, which is designed to absorb crash forces and reduce impact.
• It adapts to any Cybex stroller and many other stroller brands! I own a Cybex stroller but mainly use it for my toddler, and I never purchased an infant seat for it. I was very pleased with how easily this car seat attaches without any issues.
• Installation was very easy and quick. Compared to my other infant car seat, the straps on the Cybex are much easier to adjust and fix. This was a huge relief because my other car seats feel like a workout to adjust!
• The recline feature when used on a stroller is a big bonus. It allows baby to lie in a more comfortable, extended position during walks—something my other infant car seats didn’t offer.
Some cons that I came across are:
• This infant car seat is on the heavier side. Again, comparing it to my other car seats, I feel this one is a bit bulkier/heavier.
• Because of the extra safety features and sturdy build, the footprint can feel slightly larger in smaller vehicles.
• The premium materials are great, but they can make the seat run a bit warmer, especially during longer outings or in hot weather.
Overall, I’m pretty impressed with the Cybex Cloud G Pro infant car seat so far. The safety features, easy installation, stroller compatibility, and comfort-focused design really stood out to me. Even though it’s a bit heavier and bulkier than my Nuna, I feel the trade-off is worth it for the added security and convenience. It’s a high-quality, thoughtfully designed seat that gives me a lot of peace of mind when traveling with my little one.

Beautiful and Cozy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel, for allowing me to test and review the Cybex Cloud G Pro car seat.
The first thing I noticed is how luxurious the seat looks and feels. I love that it is well cushioned, and still incredibly safe! There are some fantastic features that are second to none. I am especially impressed by the rigid brace bar, and the smart clip. The app was easy to set up and use, and it provides peace of mind when my daughter is in her seat. The app will alert if your device is too far away from the car seat, when the chest clip is buckled. Other alerts include a notification if the car temperature is too hot or too cold, or if the baby has been in the car seat too long.
My only real frustration with the Cybex is the weight. It is quite heavy, especially the base. It is the heaviest base I've used. The benefit, of such a heavy base, is the safety and security it provides, so I still feel this system deserves 5 stars. The seat weight would not be as much of a problem if you have a compatible stroller, so I will be getting one in the future. I think it will make a big difference.
The base installs quickly and does not wiggle around. This thing is sturdy! The seat then clicks right in. I had a little trouble lifting the seat out, but once I got the hang of it, it's no trouble. I love how the seat can be adjusted to lay nearly flat, when not in the car. This will be amazing when I get the stroller!
All in all, the Cybex Cloud G Pro is a great car seat system, and I will definitely recommend it to others.

Loving the Cybex Cloud G Pro So Far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As part of this Stellar product test, I’ve been using the Cybex Cloud G Pro, and it has definitely exceeded my expectations. One of the features I’ve found surprisingly helpful is the ergonomic recline when attaching the seat to our compatible stroller. Being able to lay the seat back during outings has made naps on the go so much easier, and I can see this continuing to be a huge benefit for future trips.
In our day to day routine, the Cloud G Pro has made things smoother overall. The transition from car to stroller is quick and easy, which is a lifesaver when I’m juggling everything else. It’s one less thing to stress about when leaving the house.
The installation process was also very intuitive. The base clicked in securely, and the indicators made it clear when everything was properly locked. Adjusting the straps and headrest was simple, and getting my baby into a correct, comfortable fit took barely any effort.
Safety features are where this seat really stands out. The anti-rebound base adds noticeable stability, and the chest clip alerts give me extra reassurance that everything is still positioned correctly while we’re on the road. Those little details make a big difference in peace of mind.
Overall, testing the Cybex Cloud G Pro through Stellar has been a great experience. It’s easy to use, thoughtfully designed, and packed with safety features that help us feel more confident every time we head out.

Now so stress continuing a nap in the carrier
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a new mom, I’ve come to appreciate anything that makes getting out of the house easier, and this car seat has truly made a difference in our daily routine. One feature I didn’t expect to love as much as I do is the ergonomic recline when attaching the seat to a compatible stroller. When we arrive at a friend’s house or grandma’s and my little one is still asleep, I can easily move the seat onto the stroller, recline it, and not worry about his airway being compromised. It keeps him comfortable and lets me transition smoothly without waking him.
The installation process was another pleasant surprise. My husband installed the base for us, and he was very impressed with how easy and intuitive it was. Of course, he didn’t use the manual, but it was so straightforward that it was installed perfectly on the first try. Adjusting the seat for a proper fit was just as simple, and I felt confident that my baby was secure and comfortable.
What stood out to me most are the safety features, especially the anti-rebound base and chest clip alerts. They offer an added sense of stability and reassurance on the road, giving me peace of mind that my little one is protected even on longer drives.
It’s also beautiful and so so stylish. I love the sunshade and how unique it is as well!
Overall, this car seat has made our routine easier, safer, and far less stressful.

Big pros for this one

This child bucket seat with base is compact and so sleek in its finish. I absolutely love the fabric and grey color. I recently just had a newborn and this is perfect for the baby’s size and comfort. The fabric seems like a cooler fabric and it definitely helps.
We don’t have a stroller to fit this seat but I could see how the recline would help comfort moms who worry about certain positions for baby to stay in this seat for quick outings. The recline gives reassurance that baby is most comfortable in the right position.
The car seat itself is extremely lightweight. As a postpartum mom taking baby to appointments herself it’s nice and easy to carry by myself. Installation with the leg base is such a breeze. Took my husband literal minutes to get a good snug fit. The base itself is heavy and feels extremely sturdy with the extra sturdiness of its leg too so it’s not budging.
Since I have a newborn I haven’t needed to adjust much to the straps or cushions as it’s just perfect for fresh brand new babies out of the womb and ready to go for a proper fit.
So the sensor check is all new to me, never seen anything like it before! Honestly it gives me great peace of mind for future use. We live in a climate where So Cal gets to be over 100 degrees in the summer and I’m super curious how this will be next summer in use to notify me of baby’s temps. I can see how this would be so helpful in colder conditions and when cars don’t have great air ventilation for babies because as a mom I always worry if the babies are ok especially when rear facing.
I have yet to have the sensor go off for me so it should be working just fine hopefully.
Going forward I would recommend this to other moms who would like a bit more reassurance for temperature and more safety features. This should become the new standard for mommas and families! We just want the best for our babies and this is it!

Simple and Chic In The Best Ways
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Cloud G Pro from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I mean… I’m obsessed. It’s so chic and elevated that I actually feel put together when we’re out and about, even on the days when I definitely am not.
My baby seems incredibly comfortable in it too. The padding is plush without being bulky, and she settles right in every time. Installation in the car was surprisingly simple. I did need to make a quick adjustment after putting her in the first time because she was leaning forward a bit, but the fix took all of 30 seconds adjusting the rebound base. Everything is intuitive, which I appreciate more than I can even describe.
Clipping the seat into our stroller has also been a game changer. I originally thought it attached directly, and maybe it does, but I couldn’t figure it out. Instead, I used the stroller’s car seat attachment, and once that was in place it clicked in perfectly. Zero issues, super secure, and honestly so convenient for quick errands.
One of my absolute favorite features is the recline. It’s perfect. She isn’t scrunched up or folded in half like some newborn car seats can leave them. Knowing she’s in a more ergonomic, relaxed position makes outings so much more stress free.
Overall, I’m extremely pleased with this car seat. It’s stylish, comfortable, easy to use, and clearly designed with real parents and real babies in mind. Highly recommend!
