This is by far the best car seat ever! It is so easy to install and to clean. The fact that it grows with you makes me feel like a good investment piece. Highly recommend.

I got used car seat

I received a car seat that had already been used and had dog hair on it. According to their policy, they aren't supposed to accept returns on car seats, but I hadn't received a new one in the first place. You don't expect a used car seat at that price point; on top of that, they tell me they can only send the same model once it's back in stock—they don't offer a different color, nor do they seem to feel any sense of responsibility. A child could have allergies, yet no one considers that.

Does not come with a smart safe chest clip

I am extremely disappointed in this purchase. The reason that I bought this car seat was for the smart safe chest clip which this model DOES NOT have. This should have been advertised better.

Not worth it

I don't understand why it has so many good reviews. I bought this for my newborn and the headrest is way too big, doesn't support her head so it bubbles everywhere. The rotating feature stopped locking after a month! It will only lock if she's facing front or back and not either sides (facing side windows). Tried to trouble shoot this and still can't figure out why it suddenly stopped working. Really disappointed as it wasn't a cheap car seat😔installation also was not easy and took over 30 min to install

Very sophisticated car seat.

It was surprisingly easy to install. The instructions are very useful, and the car seat seems very sturdy.
