amazing product
I'm very happy I discovered this. This product removes cuticles better than most nail techs at salons can do. I did two applications for my stubborn, dry cuticles. My husband's cuticles were a nightmare, dry, cracked, and almost covering half his nail. I did 3 applications on him. Because of this, I will never get a manicure done at a nail salon again. I use this and the DL cuticle oil, then the DL Cure cream. I also use Butter London's Horsepower Nail Fertilizer and my nails have never looked better!!

Used to be great but appears formula has changed
I have used this product for over 10 years with great success. A few years ago, the brush applicator was changed to an eye dropper. Seemed to be a ploy to force one to use more product and replenish sooner, but I could work with it. Recent purchase of a new bottle has a different formula that is so thick, it won't even go into the eye dropper applicator. Even worse, every time I have used this bottle, my cuticles have ended up dried out and sore. This is the only thing I have used so it is the only possible culprit. Not sure why a good thing was ruined. Returning what's left next time I go to Nordstrom and looking for similar product from a different brand.

Performs
I have been using this for several months and it works truly well. I have very dry sensitive skin and my cuticles tend to grow rather quickly . This has made an incredible difference; it has been far more effective that anything that I have used previously. Additionally, it does not cause any irritation to the skin.

So Good, so Very Very Good!
This is one of the best cuticle removers I've used (and I've tried almost a dozen of them, ranging from Butter London to Sally Hansen). This one actually dissolves the excess growth around your cuticles giving you a nicely shaped nail bed without growth over your nails. It's amazing how well it works. I apply it, leave it on for about 4 or 5 minutes, push back my cuticles with a cuticle stick and rub the residual gunk off, rinse and wash my hands and my nails look great.
I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I think the eye dropper applicator is inefficient. Too much waste with it, and it doesn't allow for even distribution around your nails. A brush would be easier to work with--then you could evenly distribute the product all around the nail bed. But the product works so well on my constantly overgrown cuticles I'm willing to overlook that.

Excellent Product
Up until this point, I've always used inexpensive, drugstore cuticle removers. I wasn't sure if it would be worth spending a premium on this product, but I decided to go for it and am so pleased I did! This product truly does work, true to its description, with no soaking necessary, and after one use my cuticles had never looked better.

Best I've Ever Tried
I have been doing my own nails for 43 years and have no problem with the trimming, filing or painting part, but I always struggled to get my cuticles looking good. For the past few years I used the blue Sally Hansen cuticle remover and it's OK, but it seemed to dry my nails out and I was always paranoid because you're not supposed to leave it on longer than 60 seconds.
I decided to give this a try and am very happy! This cuticle remover has no unpleasant smell, and you can take your time removing the cuticle. I did watch the how-to video at deborahlippman.com before using it, which I recommend doing. My cuticles look great! I had to do a few of them twice but am hoping that regular weekly use will keep them under control.
I'll keep buying this!

I never knew something like this existed. Works very well, I have terrible cuticles and it cleaned them up quickly and easily.
