Does it really do something?
Not as effective but perhaps hands need to be soaked before and after for a long time for this to work.

formula change?
I ran out of the bottle that I bought sometime ago. The new bottle of this stuff is sub-par. More like liquid sludge than lanolin-like soothing feel when applied. It does not work as well either like before.
