bag is absolutely beautiful but arrived used !
This bag was a gift to myself for my birthday and it arrived used with tags removed and labels missing! How disappointing!! Nordstrom has fallen off in terms of packaging and quality of items lately. This is not the first time items have arrived this way. I am reconsidering my future purchases with this store smh
