Ordered Twice - Arrived Damaged Twice
This ornament truly is beautiful, however their method of packaging mandates a one star review. I am on my third order of this ornament because the first two arrived significantly damaged. The ornament is packaged in the original box and inside of styrofoam, however the crown appears to separate from the ornament and damages the ivory paint and breaks off the jewels with it. Not sure if the third time will be a charm and the ornament will arrive intact or not.....I will update the post if the ornament arrives undamaged. Certainly tired of making returns to FedEx. This ornament is too expensive not to be packaged more carefully.
