I wish I didn’t have to experience something like this. I ordered a gift for myself on my birthday and seen that they placed the wrong item in the charm bag. It was not my cross bracelet. Even though the description on the bag says cross cha bracelet

Broke after wearing it one day
I put this bracelet on and noticed how much smaller it seemed and thin than shown in the picture of it. After wearing it a few hours… not sure of the exact number, I realized it wasn’t on my wrist anymore and had broken somewhere and fallen off. Have no idea where. Very disappointed in this purchase.
