received the item defective
I just had the most upsetting Nordstrom customer service experience of my life. The people that work at your Montgomery Mall store in Bethesda Maryland are the most cruel and heartless people I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been a Nordstrom customer for almost 40 years and I always experienced customer service that was above and beyond. Your employees there refused to help with a return of this item even though I was compliance with all your rules and told me I could only return by mail. Even though I was crying to them in front of my daughter that I have stage 4 breast cancer they just stared at me with complete cruelty. Do better Nordstrom. Have your employees treat customers with compassion, respect. Stand by your polices and accommodate your customers.

Sweater returns
Beautiful sweater. As a breast cancer survivor myself, I believe it is beyond the pale, to use your illness as a way to manipulate the salesperson, into going against store policy.
I do recommend this sweater.
