sent incorrect size twice
I ordered this twice on the site for a womens 7 and was still sent a womens 9. I have returned one and am just giving up and keeping the 9. I am sad because I love these but can't wear them.

Bummer! While they are a bit Frankenstein looking in person, I would have kept them. However, the sizing listed is for men. Wish Nordstrom would do a better job at saying if it’s men or women sizing on shoes. Have run into this before. Sadly, back they go as they are way too big.

This shoe is awesome! I have them in the cream and black. Customers misunderstand the comfort of this shoe because "THEY" don't get the sizing right. Take your normal-size shoe and go down 2 sizes. I wear a size 9 and ordered a size 7--simple math (I don't think blaming Nordstrom for this little snafu is fair). If you simply order the right size, you'll love them. They can dress any outfit up or down! Also, you can already see that the shoe is chunky, so if you don't like a chunky shoe, this one just might not be for you. Thank you!

The Perfect Platform
I did not realize if you have wide feet, you need to purchase your size. Do not size down if you have chunky, wide feet or have bunions. I LOVE these shoes though. They are everything past and present me could ever want in a shoe. The crocs are just how they appear on the website, and make you feel so powerful. I am an avid Teva wearer, these give the height and quite a bit of comfortability. Haven’t worn them for a long period of time so I won’t know how they feel until I break them in.
