Refillable Travel Perfume Atomizer

Creed refillable atomizer order was a complete disappointment. First, order arrived with empty item in the package. I had to reorder and send it again to local Nordstrom for pick up. When my daughter went to pick it up, the item had scratches all over. She had to look through all the available options again. Other available items had scratches and other issues as well. The sales rep had to take the parts from other items to make it work. This whole process was frustrating. I was planning to order for my other daughter as well, but I will not. I will order from somewhere else. I have been a Nordstrom customer for a very long time and never experienced such terrible customer service. I got more frustrated from taking to customer service when I called. I was told to purchase again first and wait to receive the refund on first purchase after the investigation. I already provided the proof with pictures, but that was not enough. I will think twice before I order gifts from Nordstrom. I do not recommend at all.
