Amazing!
When i first smelled this, I have to say it was just alright. When applied to skin about 30 minutes later the smell changed and the black currant and musk notes came out along with some sweet undertones. I absolutely love this fragrance and highly recommend it!

tried to give it a chance
On first smell this one has a bold sweetness about it that was interesting on the scent card. It is a very strong and easily overpowering scent, but hard to describe. It is not quite floral or spicy, but it is sour and sweet with a bite. On my skin the black currant note is very sour and melds horribly with the musk note and ends up smelling like playdough. Sadly not a fan.

This is great for cooler temps. The violet and black currants over a woody musk are are sweet and spicy for grown ups.

Best winter Fragrance
I tried Love in Black in 2008, it was sprayed on me and the first impression I had was- this is horrible. I detested the smell. After 30 minutes i had left the store and the scent was completely different. It opens up and smells amazing. I went back, bought it and never looked back.

This is a scent that you must try and see for yourself it works or not. A bit mysterious, bright, and stoic. This fragrance has a soul, for sure.

Just buy it
Such a beautiful scent. Creed Love in Black is my go to scent when I want to keep them guessing what that beautiful scent is. I wear it whenever I wear a black suit. Makes me feel like the floor rattles with each step I take. So sexy! I usually wear Chanel Mademoissele or Twilly D’Hermes but this is my little gem. Absolutely love it. On my 4th bottle. I never commit to a scent but this one is my ABSOLUTE favorite.
