Fragrance story: Fusing the power of man and nature, Himalaya was created to commemorate master perfumer Olivier Creed's daring climb in the beautiful but treacherous Himalayan mountains. A seductive scent of citrus mixes with warmer notes of sandalwood and cedarwood to re-create the snowcapped Tibetan landscape. It is presented in an attractive metallic bottle, co-designed with Erwin Creed, that resembles a climber's canteen and the silvery look of alpine ice.

CREED Himalaya is a masculine, fresh, woody, oriental fragrance with a crisp and luminous composition that lasts throughout the fragrance. The opening is grapefruit, mandarin and soft woods, followed by a coniferous cedar wood note that eventually softens into a smooth sandalwood and ambergris base. The fragrance is long-lasting, but the base notes tend to sit close to the skin. This is a very versatile fragrance that can be worn day or night, all year long and in a casual or business setting. The quality of all CREED fragrances is unsurpassed.

highly disappointed
Aventus is legendary—or it was, until Ambergris was swapped for Ambroxan. But this is pedestrian, similar to soooo many other scents—and certainly not masculine in nature. I will never wear this beyond having tested it; I strongly suggest another scent, if nothing more than to avoid banality.

Creed what a awesome and pleasant smelling fragrance that stays with u all day long. Have you smelling so good everybody u come in contact with wants to know what’s that fragrance you wearing. The Bomb!!!

Fresh, clean scent
The name matches the scent perfectly. Smells like you are on top of a mountain with it's fresh, clean scent. It's a fairly subtle fragrance but its mixed extremely well and it dries down into a very pleasant skin scent after 3-4 hours.
One thing to note is that some people do complain about a metallic sort of note that is known to give people slight headaches. Have not encountered it myself but I've seen it show up in enough reviews to warrant a mention.

Creed Cologne
The service that I received concerning my order was superb. I had to return the initial bottle because the spray-pump was damaged, but the sales person was very nice and she took care of my problem right away. She even sent the replacement bottle in two days to my surprise. I am so please with the staff at Nordstrom's because they are extremely helpful and they show so much courtesy towards the customers. For those reasons alone I would never consider making large fine personal items at any other store. Nordstrom you have me as a customer for life. Thanks for all you do!

Distinctive, long-lasting
I took a chance on this, never having used a Creed fragrance before. I was hoping to be wowed when I got it (given the price! ha). At first spray it seemed ok but not incredible. However, after it was one my skin a little while it smelled a lot better. It's fresh and not overwhelming at all, I think I'm used to stronger scents. It lasted all day long and I could still smell it on my shirt the next day. I got compliments on it and it is now one of my favorite fragrances. Pricey yes, but I'd say it's worth it. The packaging was very nice but the bottle itself seems kind of cheap and plastic feeling. I would expect a nicer bottle, but what is inside is top notch.

love on my boyfriend
i got this for my boyfriend and he loves it and i love it on him! it's not overpowering or too strong. it's fresh and sexy and stays on him pretty long. the bottle is really cool too! sometimes i wear it too
