prettier than the website photos
there's a randomness that's quite beautiful in the hand stitching. i wish there were a clearer closeup photo of the kind of texture you get. it's a nice weight yet breathes well. very happy with our purchase.

Weird patter, very small
Over the past several years, I bought two of these quilts for our queen size beds. I loved the pattern, though I was always disappointed with the size. They were just a bit small and never covered the mattress. But I still loved them.
This past December, my husband and I upgraded to a king size bed, so I purchased the exact same quilt in a king. Boy was I disappointed! Not only was it smaller than ever, but the stitching pattern is not the same as the other two I own… supposedly the exact same quilt but it looks so different! It has a kind of swooping pattern to it, and large areas of the quilt have no stitching at all. I have shams that now no longer match the pattern. It’s very frustrating. For the price point of this quilt, I can’t believe the low quality.

rust orange stitching with the undyed
My eye sight isn’t the best. I didn’t see the stitching being a different color on the undyed color. Looks like polka dots from a short distance. I hate polka dots. Gave it 4 stars because it is Exactly what I wanted minus the color of the stitching. I could have made use of the redwood color which was my first choice but it is always sold out…but I can’t think of a way to make this work for me as much as I want to keep it. Please please please make this with the same color stitching and I will buy it. I love the texture and finish visually and the way it feels. Nice weight and quality. Would be worth every penny if the stitching wasn’t orange. I finally read all the reviews after receiving this. It works for some just not for me personally.
