Not once, but TWICE......I was sent the incorrect hand towel color. They do not match the expensive body towels. So frustrating. Then the ask me to drop them off at my nearest store? Then they send me a FedEx label to drop them off at the nearest FedEx store? What an inconvenience. I expect more from Nordstrom. So now, I have two completely different color items because it's just too much of a hassle to deal with a representative who constantly has to speak with "management" to determine what to do next. I found matching towels that work just as well at Target. Yes.....Target.

I am very disappointed in these towels. I have a set from years ago and decided to reorder. This new set of towels is nothing like my original set. These towels are very thin and not luxurious. My husband even commented on the quality. I was so excited to reorder and get new towels but sadly disappointed. Not sure why you changed the Quality???

The towels I bought were listed as Cloud Loom (which should be new towels). The towels I received all had the "Renewed" label on them, which means they are used/refurbished towels which are sold at a discount. The towels I bought were on sale. I've never owned a towel that got a hole in it (some of my towels are over 15 years old), this Coyuchi towel got a hole in the center of it after less than 2 years of use! I was able to return the washcloth with the hole in the middle of it and got a 15% discount credit which essentially paid for postage on the purchase of a new replacement washcloth which is noticeably thicker and heavier than the ones I purchased. Nordstrom should have labeled the towels correctly as "Renewed" in the online catalog.
