not for small chested people
Definitely not good if you’re small chested. Also the metal piece was put on backwards which just makes the top portion look awkwardly twisted

need to get creative w this
so the Cowlneck & the Hardware on this is not adjustable. But if you pull it up over your head and put the hardware behind your neck, then it fits perfect. It’s a bit too big in front and it hangs funny without pulling it up further. Or if you can so you could cut it and stitch the straps and make it adjustable however you want. The fabric is really beautiful sparkly blue. I’m a size 12, 5’7”, 36D, curvy muscular. it is unlined, but doesn’t need a lining. It really can be pretty if you’re creative. And it’s a good price.
