Dirty Sweater

I picked my online order up at drive up store option. When I opened the bag at home the sweater appears to have been run over it literally has black markings that are the size of a large bike tire on both sleeves. Why? How could you send an item in this shape? I didn’t try this beautiful sweater because it’s filthy! Nordstrom do better please!

cheap

I bought this sweater and on the first time unbuttoning the cardigan, one of the buttons just popped out. I only have one spare button that the cardigan came with, I’m scared of unbottoning the rest. Oh well. This cardigan was made cheap

Buttons are difficult

When I received my online order, I carefully unbuttoned it half way before I gave up and decided to return it. Each button I unfastened felt like it was going to pop-off because it took more force that it should. Cute sweater but the functionality issues made it not worth it.
