Very disappointed

Pull tabs not stitched in. Can't wear them. Trying to send them back for 5 days. Apart from an auto response to my initial contact, using the online form, I've had nothing. I've bought a lot of Ariat products and am disappointed at how loyal, repeat customers are treated. They've had my money for 11 days and seem to be making no effort to return it. Returns portal doesn't work (told them). Feel scammed. Will not buy any more Ariat products and will warn everyone I know about the shifty tactics.

Nice looking boot

It’s a good looking boot. However, for someone with slightly wide feet it does fit narrow. The bottom sole could use some more grip too.

Best boots on the market for work and for pleasure

Best boots I have worn my 29 years of life i only buy this brand for work and for pleasure. I buy my wife this brand and she loves them as well can’t wait for my kids to get old enough to start wearing this brand as well

Great look but a little snug to get on

These are amazing in looks and feel. Once I get them on they are extremely comfortable and feel amazing all day on my feet. The issue is getting them on. I tried them on in store and were able to get them on no problem. However, when ordering through the site the ones sent to me are smaller and extremely hard to get on. I had to send the first pair back because I could not even get them on at all. The second pair sent to me I am able to get on, but I have to really really struggle with them.
