Designed with evenly spaced 4" x 4" dual-layered pockets, the Bare Home weighted blanket helps distribute weight uniformly across the body. The outer shell is crafted from breathable 100% cotton, while each compartment is filled with a blend of fiber and nontoxic ultra-fine glass beads. Available in a range of weights, sizes and colors to suit individual preferences. We recommend selecting a blanket that is approximately 10% of your body weight.
