No equal to gauze I already own

This lacks the double thickness, the softness, and the opacity of other white gauze pieces I own — from Eileen Fisher, J Jill, and even Old Navy. The fabric is course, terribly thin and very see thru. Not at all intended to be worn with anything other than a swim suit.
