Itchy material

Strange proportions
I was hoping this would have been a bit softer. It was a bit itchy. Might have kept it, except the sleeves were tight in the biceps area, loose at the cuff area and reached past my finger tips. I had issues with the fit of the body too. Slight snug in the bust area, yet loose around the waist and hem. I didn't want to keep pushing up the sleeves so it went back.
