EW NORDSTROM SENT ME A USED STAINED SMELLY JACKET
Beautiful jacket, good weight to it without being bulky and you can dress it up or go casual. Sadly it’s ruined because the DISGUSTING person that stained it with brown makeup on the collar, it’s clearly been warn and the tag ripped off and shamefully tied back on to a plastic clothing tag tie. It’s not even white anymore. Gross how there are people who would do this. It’s just clearly been used and sent for a return and NORDSTROM thought this was up to par. NOT ok, not worth 300 usd for a clearly tarnished RL Jacket. The front under the logo material looks like it was caught on something and it’s threading no longer as the rest of the jacket. The disgusting previous owner, went as far as staining it with brown stuff in the collar (makeup ? Idk) the jacket has random small splattered brown stuff on the back of the collar too… it’s a bit yellowish looking, not even the original “Deckwash White”. I will never understand how a person would be so dishonest as to ruin a garment, wear it, STAIN IT, and send it back. Shame on NORDSTROM for bagging this thing, sending it as a NEW sale for 300 dollars?!? What? And being ok with this. The previous owner has gone as far as cutting the original Ralph Lauren tag with the blue thread, taking a clear plastic clothing tag tie, pierced the jacket sewed tag and tied the original thread tag…. May Nordstrom take into serious consideration when receiving returns and reselling them at full price when it’s clearly ruined. How gross. May they charge the one that did this full price and not a refund. Ew. I was going go have it altered, tailored to my size and was excited about finding it, but its been ruined, such a pity. 🤮🤢
