Cotton Blend Fleece Zip Front Hoodie

I loved this jacket but the zipper broke within the first 24 hours of having the jacket. This broke my heart because I have 4 other POLO hoodies that I’ve had for years and their quality is still impeccable and I’ve never had to get their zippers fixed. I’m worried that the manufacturers may be becoming lazy in their craft which will definitely lose me as a customer.

1. Fits smaller. Example, I'm 5'9 and 135 pounds and this item is perfect fitting. 2. Treat luxury clothes like they are luxury clothes. I see so many people complaining about the zipper breaking, but not one person has mentioned how to properly wash it. If you don't treat luxury clothes as if they are luxury, then why buy it? Don't give a bad name to Ralph Lauren just because YOU couldn't wash it properly. Don't be aggressive with the zipper, don't tug on it aggressively, and you'll be fine. My family members have bought this item numerous times and have found ZERO issues with it, because we are treating it as a luxury clothing item, not as a standard sportswear. If you want a sportswear item, go to a sportswear brand. This is a luxury item, and it deserves care. 3. When washing it, use delicates/gentle and a cold cycle. For drying, JUST HAND DRY IT. People complain about this zip up shrinking in the wash. If you wash it in a hot cycle and then dry it in the dryer, then no doubt it will shrink. It will also mess up the zipper. Zippers break in the dryer all the time, and to avoid this, just hang dry it. It's better for the material too. 4. I hope this addresses just about every bad review I read about this item, this item is amazing.
