HUGE medium
I purchased this in a men’s medium and it’s HUGE. I’m 5’10” tall, 160 lbs and I wear a medium across the board in everything, but these shirts are giant. And they have about a mile of tags on the inside of the shirt, which is just plain ridiculous.

Older Adults as well
Cotopaxi outdoor products are awesome for even older adults. Comfortable for travel and resilient. The light fast drying are my favorite for long trips. We travel extremely light, so hand washing and overnight drying is critical.
