review for the shipping not the product

I don’t know if this kettle is good or not as it was shipped in its retail box inside of a plastic shipping bag, completely unprotected. So the kettle didn’t work but the fault lies in Nordstrom’s shipping dept and not in the kettle itself. I sent it back for a refund. Disappointing as it would’ve been easier and more environmentally friendly to send it in a box which would’ve protected it in the shipping process.
