Ordered Jan 21, longg story short, they walked thru the 3-3.5 feet of snow IN THE YARD and stopped before reaching the snow shoveled walkway to the literal front door. They. Walked. Through. Almost FOUR FEET of SNOW in the yard itself bypassing 2 driveways, only to not step over the 2 foot perimeter of snow along the walkway to the front door where they could just put thr small box down.....shoveled 3 TIMES IN 13 HOURS to be told WE ATTEMPTED...No. No you did not. *** TL;DR Just call if you have issues and I will walk out to you and pick up package(s) and carry them/it back to my front door.
