Defective
These watches are completely defective and I think Nordstrom should fire the third-party company that is providing them.
I’ve ordered it twice because I thought the first one was defective and it was just perhaps an accident but the second one had the same issue. Both watches were ticking very fast about approximately 36 seconds. And I only know that because I took her to a shop with an international mall in Tampa to have it fixed.
Long story short, Nordstrom only offered $50 to fix the watch and this fix surpassed the $50 price. So therefore, I’ve had to return both. The watch is very nice but defective and I actually needed it to tell time.
