posting error?
Ordered boot size 13 and received SKU L402 Black Size 11 Mary Jane which is not even offered online at Nordstrom. Spoke to Benjamin in customer service who failed to resolve helping me receive the correct item (only directed me to return the wrong item. He actually had the worst customer service and I always pride Nordstrom for excellent service). Foolishly re-ordered this time as a size 11 and received the same Mary Jane in size 9! Now boots are “sold out” which I wonder if I’m not alone in my experience and perhaps Nordstrom is now working to correct the post. Needed these for family photos this week. Disappointed to say the least. Only positive was fast shipping.
